HOW TO BOOK?
Simply fill in the booking form here. Conversely, email us at info@symondsyatbikehire.com.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?
We will give you a number to call should anything go wrong, and come and pick you up if required. This may incur a charge and us retaining the deposit. If it is a minor matter i.e. puncture or broken chain you will not be charged.
WHAT IS PROVIDED?
We will provide you with a helmet, bike lock if needed and route map guidance.
CAN WE HIRE CHILDREN'S BIKES?
Yes! We provide children's bikes as small as 20' Inch wheels suitable for ages 4 and above.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We would advise wearing outdoor appropriate clothing and footwear i.e. trainers and non restrictive trousers.
CAN I RENT A BIKE FOR LONGER THAN A DAY?
Yes, just contact us and we can arrange a quote for you.
DO YOU DELIVER OR ARRANGE BIKE FOR PICK UP?
Yes we can deliver the bike to you, or collect / pick you up from any end points. Please enquire for rates
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN COLLECTING MY BIKE?
For bike collection we will require photo ID with an address, drivers license is perfect. Payment by card or cash and a deposit.
WHERE SHALL I PARK?
Parking is available in public carparks at the Paddocks Hotel or Ye Old Ferrie Inn just a 2 min walk away from the reception.
WHERE CAN WE STOP FOR FOOD?
There are plenty of food options from cafes in Monmouth and Symonds Yat to Pub options along the river, Ye Old Ferrie Inn and Saracens Head.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM HIRE GROUP?
Currently the maximum number of bikes we hire at one time is 8.
Please get in touch if you wish to hire more than 8.
WHAT DO I DO IF I AM LATE?
If you know you have a problem and will not be back in time please call to inform us. A late return of a bike may incur an additional charge.
